The Questions feature
What makes the Questions feature so powerful (and different from the chat). While the Chat itself is designated to increase engagement, the Questions option focuses on delivering the right answers to your viewers. Within the online purchasing journey, 85% of consumers said that they have at least one question they need to find an answer to. And only after that, they will close the deal.
The Questions feature focuses entirely on that: allowing customers to ask the questions the purchase depends on. To make things even more powerful, we’ve added an Upvote/Downvote perk. Fellow viewers can upvote the questions they find relevant, the ones with most upvotes being displayed first, at the top of the list. Thus allowing you to answer to the most relevant ones first and help more of your potential customers with each of your replies.
