Each channel comes with its unique Permalink. The Permalink enables your audience to access a live-streamed shopping session or an event. In other words, it’s your viewer’s gateway to an upcoming live or pre-recorded channel on Streams.live. The good news is that you have the option to customize this Permalink, making it more relevant and personal. Follow these steps to customize your channel’s Permalink:

STEP 1:

Once you login into your Streams.live account, select the blue ‘SETUP’ button for the channel that you wish to customize.

STEP 2:

In step 1 (Live session setup), the auto-generated Link becomes available.

Here, the auto-generated Permalink becomes available. To edit it, simply click on the second part of it, right after ‘https://streams.live/channel/’. You can customize it as you wish. Keep in mind that the limit is set to 14 characters.

STEP 3:

The final result! Now you are ready to promote your upcoming LIVE session. Include the updated link on social media, on a personal website, or wherever you are promoting your business. Once the channel is created and customized, your viewers are one click away from your LIVE content!
